Spotify premium account

I reedem my gift code but I can't use the app's premium version and I don't know why. On the website my account results as premium but in the app is free.I tried to relog and to reinstall the app but nothing occurred.

If the Premium service shows active, it's possible that you accessed a second Free account by mistake on your phone. In this case, we'd like you to log out and try to access again. This time, make sure you use your username and not your email address to log in.
