Spotify premium by Bouygues telecom

Hello, we have spotify premium paid by Bouygues telecom 9,99€/mth (french Telecom operator) but we can't have spotify premium on my cell device... Bouygues said that all was right on their side. Premium worked well since years ago, but not since beginning of march 2018... Please help!

If you receive Premium via your telecom provider, be sure to use their instructions and code to upgrade an existing account with Premium. They might have activated your Premium but you still need to apply it to an account. If you are sure you have done this, you might be logging in on the wrong account. You can read here how you can find additional accounts.
