Spotify premium by gift card

• I've redeemed the code from the gift card and then came up and said that I have Spotify Premium for 1 month and then I went to app to listen to the music and it said in the app and it said that I'm on the free account so I back to the browser and loged back into my account and it said there I'm on the free account. Why is Spotify not putting me on premium by gift card?

Could you try redeeming your Spotify Gift Card again here? Let me know what happens when you click redeem.

Also, do you see any transactions on your receipts page here?
