Hemos accedido al servicio de spotify premium duo con la condicion de que eran 3 meses gratis pero me han estado cobrando ya por 2 meses de uso, me podrian explicar si esto es correcto o cual es el motivo por el que me realizan el cobro?

One of the conditions you have to meet in order to be eligible for the offer is being a brand new Spotify Premium user.
