Spotify premium en app

Spotify premium en app

Ayer contrate el premium de Spotify, descargue la app en mi móvil y aún teniéndolo pagado me salen anuncios y me dice que el premium no lo puedo aplicar en la app. Si no lo puedo poner en la app no lo quiero

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

It's a bit unclear what is happening exactly. It's possible that you're logged in the wrong account of your phone and that's why you're not seeing your Premium features and are seeing ads. 

 

Please check your account page and make sure that it states that you currently have Spotify Premium.  After that log out and log back in using the same email address as the one listed on your account page.

 

Let us know if the issue continues after that.
