Spotify premium family plan

I have Spotify premium and it won’t let me listen to any of my downloaded songs and it says I’m on Spotify free. Someone please help. I’m freakin our

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Hey @raychelhockey11 

 

Try logging out of your account on your device and reloggin back in. It could be that your account needs to be resynced.
