Spotify premium for students - Slovakia (again)

 Once again, it is time to open question, will there ever be student subscription to spotify premium in Slovakia?

This question was already asked here, here and here. Each time it was dismissed with words "but Spotify is working on it and hopefully it's available soon" (2019) or "Unfortunately, the Student Discount isn't available in your country yet" (2017). Yet there are still no news on this front. So I  looked, what is situation of student subscription in rest of Europe.

Based on this image I would like to ask question. Is there any good reason, why even after 4 years since this question was first asked, there are still no news on this matter even after it was introduced in all neighboring countries? If there are any reasons, why spotify can't introduce this feature in Slovakia, other than "We won't do it because we don't want to.", this would be good chance to share these reasons to prevent further forum questions on this matter.
