Spotify premium has stopped prematurely and is renewed in 6 days. Why has this happened?

I am using Spotify premium in New Zealand and for some reason it has stopped and says it needs to be renewed however I renew it when I renew my phone plan (I'm using spark) And it says that it doesn't need to be renewed for at least another 6 days and will not allow me to renew it beforehand

If you've inquired your service through a third party company i think it would be best to start there.

Reach out to your service provider and ask for a reason to the issue you're experiencing.
