Spotify premium not working on iPhone

My account online shows that my premium is paid but my app won’t let me use paid features. I’m logging in the with same account online and on my phone, same credentials. I deleted and reinstalled the app and logged out then back in and still nothing.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you make sure that you are logged into the right account, and that you got a confirmation email after you subscribed to Premium? Also, if there is any screenshots being shown, please send them to me, and I'll take a look.

I have confirmed that I’m logging into my account with my premium account, soliloquent. I’ve had premium for years on the same account. I received my last payment email confirmation on Oct 30th.
