I've already tried all that options. None solved the problem. I've even resent the invite, recreated the account. In web my page shows that I'm premium buy application does not so far. I don't know what else I can do.
Could you try following the steps I provided in my last reply?
If it doesn't help, please try this using a different device, network connection, and please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
