We'd first suggest double checking the status of your subscription here as well as making sure that you're accessing the correct Premium account on all your devices. You can find out how to check if you have another account with us here.
It'd be helpful if you could share screenshots of the ads you see on the mobile app so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no sensitive/private info displayed.
