Spotify premium won't work on new device

Spotify premium won't work on new device

I've downloaded Spotify on my new phone and I logged in ok but it won't let me access my premium. I've tried uninstalling and installing again but no luck. It worked fine when I logged in on my tablet but not my new phone for some reason. I then Accidently started another trial so hope I won't get charged for 2 now.
Anyone know what to do?

Hi @Martinsalt, welcome to the community!

 

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if that's the case.
