I have applied for a 30 day free trial but when I went on the app it said ‘welcome to your 7 day free trial’ does this mean I won’t have 30 days?

Keep in mind that our 7-day trial and the 30 days free trial for subscribing are different offers.

It's possible that you activated first the 7-day trial, and after that, you subscribed to Premium by entering your payment details in order to get the 30 day trial.

If you did register your payment details to get the 30 days, they should start as soon as the 7 days of the first offer ends.
