Hello, there's the promotion of spotify at 0,99/month for 3 months in my country. What i would like to know is if after the 3 months you can get spotify premium for students (5,99/month if i remember correctly) or you'll be stuck with 9,99/month.

You can get the Student Discount after the 3 months for sure 🙂 Please make sure to first claim the 0.99 offer and then subscribe to the Student Discount.
