Spotify rejects Prex Argentina cards?

I am trying to add Mastercard debit card (Prex Argentina), but getting error: 

Se produjo un error con el pago. Inténtalo de nuevo, usa otra tarjeta o prueba con otro método de pago.

Prex Argentina answered on my request: 

Te informamos que el rechazo que nos comentás no se produjo desde Prex por lo que te recomendamos realizar la consulta con el **bleep** ya que el mismo puede deberse a un error de comunicación.

please, help me understand where is problem - should I use another bank or what?

I was trying to buy different plans. Same error with all plans. Could this problem connected with that I have thai AppStore account on my iPhone?

Thanks for reaching out.

There could be various reasons why this error is appearing on your end. 🙂 Having a Thai App Store account luckily isn't one of them.

You can give it a try on another device and/or in another browser after 48-72 hours. Alternatively, you can also try using a different payment method.

seems like Argentinian cards don’t work at all. Even cards of Banco Ciudad- quite a big bank - don’t work.
i don’t know what a problem to process payment via Stripe or similar solutions? All my Stripe subscriptions work perfectly

I recommend taking a look at this support article 🙂 You can also ask your bank if foreign online transactions are enabled on your card.

If your cards still won't work, you can also try using a different payment method. 🙂

Ya no se puede pagar con Prex Argentina, al menos desde URUGUAY, como haciamos muchos.

Tambien estoy teniendo problemas para cambiar de pais y poner mi pais, Uruguay, para pagar los 8 dolares mensuales. 

Habra que volver a Spotify free.
