My Question or Issue

I thought I would buy spotify premium since they were heavily advertising their 3-month free trial. But when I tried to sign up, it said that I had already used the trial when I had not. Their support page said that I should check my receipts in case I used it and my receipts were blank.

 

I even made a new account to see if that would help but I got the same response that I had already used the trial, though I just made the account.

When I tried the payment in incognito, it said there were issues with the payment.

 

I don't know what's going on but it's quite frustrating, so any help is really appreciated. X

Can you let us know if you ever used your payment method on a subscription in any account before?
