Spotify says my country is Panama and I can’t change it

At my profile it says Panama and I’m at different country. When I go to subscription to update payments details, doesn’t appear to change the country.

Are you paying with card or paypal? If its paypal you might need to change the payment country through paypal settings. If its card double check that the card doesn't orignate from panama
