Please introduce me, my name is Ivan, my id is [snip - Community Moderator edit] and i have problem with my Spotify subscription.
I'm trying to subscribe to Spotify just for 1 day, but when I'm trying to input the verification code that has been sent to my phone (SMS), it gave me an error and when i check my celphone credits, it already been charged! FYI I'm in Indonesia and using XL Axiata as my phone provider.
I've tried to contact Spotify support directly, but the problem is there is none! Even for email!
Anyone could give me solution for this problem? Please help me. Thank you.
