Spotify switched my student discount to premium

Hello, so I’ve always had the student discount on. Today I realised that I was charges the 6.99€ one instead of the 3.50€. I saw that my “student period” was over but I did not get notified to do the actions that I’ve had to. Can I have the cash back?
