Where did you sign up for the free trial? Did you get an email confirmation stating that you’re a Premium member?

Gday.....I signed up using the free 90 day trial promotion on Spotify...
joined up, setup a login, never received an email saying I was on premium
or that i was a premium member. Never received the free trial. Tried again
to do use a 30 day free trial but it said i already had one, which i didnt.
Since then I've found 2 monthly transactions to spotify from my A/c for
$11.99ea for a product Ive never received.
