Spotify took $5 from my account and I didn't get my student premium membership

Spotify took $5 from my account and I didn't get my student premium membership

I was charged the $4.99 for a student subscription but couldn't upload a document to prove it at the time, I was still charged the amount even tho I cancelled the request, and didn't get any premium. how do I get my money back?

Hey there @alexa01@Jargie1331, I'm sorry you're going through this problem, please contact support as they can manage your account and they can issue a refund in this case.

You can contact support by filling this online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
