Spotify took money from my old account

I created a premium Spotify account long time ago but i didnt have money in my credit card. Then i forgot my mail and lost that account (mail on the attachment is my personal mail to communicate with you).2 days ago i deposited 55TRY to my credit card. As i said i lost my account so i couldnt cancelled my subscription and spotify took 23try from me. Please find my lost account and please give my money back please. I really need that money please. I have all of the card instructions and receipts. I have all of the proofs.
