Spotify took my 6.99€ and I do not intend to use it

Spotify took my 6.99€ and I do not intend to use it

Today I received an email from paypal saying I authorized a payment to spotify which I do not. I haven't used the spotify during this payment's worth and I would wish to receive a refund as I do not intend to use spotify premium for the next 30 days. I already canceled the premium plan

If you would like a refund, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly Click here for Spotify's refund policy

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
