Spotify took my money twice and premium didin't work.

Last month when i was acticate spotify premium for students. Spotify took my money twice (2x9,99zł) but when open the help page article told me that is no problem because i will have 2 month of subscripion. Unfortunately when I open Spotify today it said there is an error and it want to take money again. What should I do ?

I see that on your bank statement (which I've removed for your security), but have you received an email directly from Spotify confirming your payment? If not, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
