My Question or Issue

Every time I try to sign up for Premium, I put in all my credentials correctly but I get a popup that says "Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried clearing cookies and cache, logging into a different wifi network and browser, tried on different devices, and have tried the free trial & paid edition. Nothing works, and it just gives me the same issue each time. Help?

I recommend taking a look at this support article as you've already tried some troubleshooting yourself (which is great!).

I've tried all the troubleshooting options on the page you provided, and it's still giving the same issue. I have sufficient funds on my card, and I don't have any other payment methods available. My card isn't expired and all that jazz, still gives me the exact same issue, however.
