Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

We'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for the subscription. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.

 

In order for the payment to be successful, make sure that:

  • Your payment method is issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your account's country settings on your account page.
  • The payment method you're trying to use is open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • You have sufficient funds.

In case you've checked all of these and you're still getting an error, try using another payment method or an incognito window as it doesn't keep that info saved.
