Spotify won't let me pay

My Question or Issue

The same as last month, Spotify is not letting me pay for my suscription. I did what you guys told me to do last time, and it is not working now. I went on an incognito window and put my credit card data but it still won't let me pay. What can I do?

Let's see what's going on. 

First, check-in with your bank and make sure that your card supports recurring transactions and that your card and active and ready to go. 

 

Once you've checked, try following all the payment troubleshooting steps provided here. You can also try processing payment on a different device, or using a different internet connection.

 

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving when you attempt to pay for your subscription (make sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).
