Spotify wont accept my credit card

Good day too you. The problem is Spotify keep saying that my payment is unsuccesful, those my credit card has enough fund and still valid. I have tried with both Visa and Master card too, I really wanted to buy that 5900VND subcription for 3 months for the last month but it keeps saying the same message, please help.
