Spotity Premium upgrade

I did the upgrade to premium, however i don't see that the upgrade/free trial is started. I did several times log out/login. Also the account detail do not mention the upgrade. I wanted to do it over again but then i got the message that i have already had a trial, so there is a problem. I have made my account for a week now so it is not possible that i have had my trial period in the past

That's odd. Can you make sure to follow the steps in this guide?
