My Question or Issue

 I've had this problem for a while, but when I use the Spotify Partner Portal to get my premium membership through working at Starbucks I log in, enter my last name, my partner numbers(with the country code before the numbers), approve I'm not a robot, agree to the terms, and when submitting it I am shown "Something went wrong" and asked to make sure my information is right. This has been a theme for over 1½ years now as I've tried many times.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
