thanks for reaching out !

 

As long as you're employed by the company, your Spotify account should work.

However, if you're no longer an employee of the company or did not have any actions made on your account like listening to content for more than a month it may be deactivated.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

A Premium subscription (via Starbucks) will be deactivated you're no longer employed there or if you've not streamed a song in the past 30 days.

 

In order for you to upgrade to Premium again, you'll still need to be employed at Starbucks and will need to go through the sign-up flow again using your global username.
