My Question or Issue

Hi. I want to start premium but when I enter my card info I always get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support.". I've checked all the steps in the article https://support.spotify.com/ua/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/

The provider is Mastercard. Card is neither expired nor canceled. I have sufficient funds. The card issued in the same country. Enabled for online/foreign etc purchases (works with other services). Also tried on PC/mobile device and with WiFi/4G connections.

 

I would be grateful for your help.
