Started premium account but nothing happened

Hello you all! 

I upgraded my Spotify account to premium last week, but I'm still in free modus

I also received confirmation via email, I restarted the phone and relogged in Spotify, still nothing.

What's happening?!

Hey @Bbetta,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Hi! I checked about the ID and the field it's empty, so I have no idea about what account they charged the premium on. Now I want to quit the premium and I don't know how to do it, and my actual account still says that I'm using the free version.. how can I solve this?

Hey @Bbetta1,

it could be that you have 2 Spotify accounts. 

To check this please try following these steps to cover all bases, and see if you can get back into your Premium account.
