Starting grad school and says I’m not eligible for premium student

I’m starting grad school and I wanted to change my subscription to premium student but it says I’m not eligible to even verify I’m a student. Is this because I had premium student in undergrad?

Hey @cmp327 ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You can have Premium Student for up to 4 years. If you had less than that, it could be that the college/university isn't supprted right now.
