Still being charged on old account

So I just realised I've been charged on two of my bank cards for spotify premium. I had previously switched between the two but now only operate off one of the cards yet I seem to still be charged each month off both. I have followed the help instructions to make sure I hadn't set up another account which was being paid for off my other bank card, but I can't find any evidence of another account existing! 

 

Can someone please help me to cancel one of these payments!!!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Account/Payments team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
