Still charged for Spotify premium even with a promotional offer

I upgraded my phone line to a business account with sprint. They told me all of the phones on my service will get Spotify premium. I have not received that nor do I have any clue how to cancel being charged for premium.

Hey!

To setup your Spotify Subscription, you'll need to do the following:

 

1. Sign into your Sprint account, and find the phone/subscription that's eligible for Spotify Premium

2. Tap "View and change plans and services"
3. Choose "Change my services"
4. Under Apps check "Spotify Premium"

Save and you should be good to go.

 

I've found this tutorial here, so it may be incomplete, but it's the best I could find 🙂

Please make sure you get to contact Sprint and see if they can solve that on their end, I think that would be a faster way to get this solved.

Hey!
