Still charging for Spotify Account added to Family Plan TWO months ago

Still charging for Spotify Account added to Family Plan TWO months ago

My wife and I had separate Spotify accounts, so two months ago I switched mine to the Family Plan.  I invited her and she was added to the plan and got to keep all her playlists, which was cool.  But we're still being charged for her solo plan.  Which is NOT cool.

 

Help please.

We'll see what we can suggest here, don't worry.

 

Just to check, has your wife accepted the invite to the plan that's been sent?
If the invite's still Pending, you may still be being charged for the Premium on her account.

You can check this out with the info here:
https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/

 

It's also worth checking the accounts at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ to check that they're both showing as members of the plan!

Yes, my wife accepted the invite literally minutes after I sent it to her two months ago. And both accounts show as part of the Family Plan.

Frustrating.
