Still get ads with music on duo premium on my wife's phone

Still get ads with music on duo premium on my wife's phone

I upgraded my premium account to add duo premium for my wife. Got confirmation. She still gets ads with music.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like your wife is logged into a different account than the one she used to accept your Premium Duo invite.

 

Please ask her to open the Spotify app and go into Settings, then click on Account. Does it say Free or Premium there?


Additionally, she can visit https://spotify.com/account to see if the account she's logged in with is part of your Premium Duo plan.
