My Question or Issue

I was adding music to my playlist and on several occasions I have come across playlist of music from artists or individual songs that are locked behind a premium lock. I am a premium member, my account has not changed recently and have access to other premium features and my status shows i am in good standing and shows premium status.

I pay almost 10 dollars a month for full access. why are some items still locked away?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

Could you also share the links to that content? 

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
