Still paying premium and I can't unsubscribe!!

Still paying premium and I can't unsubscribe!!

I'm still paying premium when I've got a different phone and can't remember when or what phone I started premium 2yrs ago!! I JUST WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!

 In the same situation as you! I just cant believe this is even possible! Ive never had problems like this with a company. Can not get ahold of them as well.

This is what i sent to spotify as an unhappy customer.....

So dammn mad with all these **bleep** hoops trying to contact u all. Worse setup ive seen.
I have two accounts. The newer account i am currently using has a renewed card. This account was the most recent nd current one canceled on time. I even took a screen shot of it. So how would the old account be using my new card if i hadnt unsubscribed? Both accounts say i can try the 30 day free. I want to unsubscribe and I NEED a reimbursement for falsely charging me, as well as with how mad i am, an apologize for all these bs hoops and noway to unsubscribe! Bull**bleep**.

No response. That was two days ago. I just sent another message.. this is unbelievable!
