I edited your messege taking of the picture you added as private mail address are sensitive info and should only be supplied when needed by support.

Please follow the steps on this help guide on taken over accounts.

 

In addition, contact support through the provided for you on the notifing the mail address was changed.

Note: if you get an automated mail, please DO reply to it.

As Spotify provided you with a specific mail to contact them for issues like yours, please send them a messege for them to take neccessery actions on you account.

 

Wait for the to reply and follow the steps they'll provide you with.
