Studen Plan: Issue with Hulu

Hello, 

So I got the student plan with Hulu and Showtime. I registered a new Hulu account through Spotify, but I never recieved an actiation email on the Hulu account. When I contacted Hulu, they said the account was cancelled and hence why I couldn't get an email. They told me to re register through Spotify again, but I cannot seem to be able to do that. Please help!! I to watch my shows.
