Student Account Already Active?

My Question or Issue:

 So i just tried to upgrade my account to premium for students after a while of paying for basic premium, but it says that my student discount has already been activated? ive been paying the full $10 since i started college back in 2017, and for some reason its saying i only have until september of 2019 until my student discount is over. again, i started college in 2017 so, how am i already almost out of time in 2019? My school email wasnt even set up until may 2017. any help would be great.

Good to read that you got verified as a student! Perhaps you started the verification last September which means that upcoming September you'll need to do the verification process again.

What's important to keep in mind, is that you will only receive the discounted price, is you apply the discount on the same account where you will purchase a subscription for. It's very easy to create a second account with us, so if you like, use this page to find any additional accounts you might have.
