Student Discount- College on list but being told College is not found?

I am attempting to change my payment information and re-subscribe using the student discount Spotify offers.  I enter all my information and the college that I attend is on the list of suggested schools that appears, but after I select the school and hit "Start Premium for Students" I get an error message saying "College not found.  Start entering a name and pick one from the list."  I have tried manually typing in my school's name and reloading the page multiple times but there is still no change.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I am also experiencing this problem and I can't figure out how to re-submit my student discount. Has anyone figured out why this is happening?
