Hello! 
So I've been trying to downgrade from the premium family plan to the student discount plan because I no longer have anyone on my spotify family plan and I have my student status verified. I'm basically overpaying for nothing. 

 

Although some posts say it takes a billing cycle, it's gone through 3 billing cycles and still nothing. What can I do?? Thanks!

Please check out your subscription status on your account overview apage online.

If it states anything but the Premium for Students you might have more than one account.

You can locate all accounts listed with you details using this help page.
