Student Discount

Hi, I had a student discount for one year and last month it ended. So I received a mail to renew my student discount which I did. But when I go on Payment settings it says that i don't have any discount and when I try to do it. Sheer ID tells me that I already have a discount.

You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
