The first time I tried to get the discount, the verification couldn't prove that I am a student but the charge was made. I tried again and this time it was successful. But Spotify wants me to pay again. The time between this 2 attempts was of 3 days. How can I solve this?

Hey @SoyJairts, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the first charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money was actually taken because Spotify did not verify your student status.
