"Hello, I recently tried to upgrade my account from free, to Student Premium for 3,49. I am currently studying in Greece at Deree College, but once I entered all of the billing information and i reached the "Select your university" step, mine wasn't listed. Therefore i closed the window and tried again the same process. The result was to be billed twice for a total amount of 7 euros but not have a premium subscription. Please let me know if a refund is available, or some other kind of solution. Thank you in advance"

Hey there @Darkfrosst, that's no fun! You'll definitely want to get in touch with Spotify directly for this because of the billing error. Try their contact form
