Student Hulu not linking

I've been having the worst time accessing my hulu account set up through spotify. I set it up when I first got spotify a few months ago and it hasn't worked since. Ive tried to log in and it just takes me to a plan options page and doesn't let me log in. Can I set it up again or get this fixed somehow? I've thought about canceling my subscription entirely and creating a new one but I don't want to lose all of my playlists.

Could you try doing this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you try using another device?
