My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

I have recently been charged  3 months running for Spotify Premium + Headspace after my student discount expired (presuming I have exceeded the 4 year limit). I am not happy however as it clearly states:

 

"When the student discount expires, your plan automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year (with a 4 year limit)."

 

Why has it been charging me for Headspace? I have never used this and quite frankly never authorised to apply for this. I should have been put back onto the Standard Premium rate plan like stated above.
